- 10-20 GHD sit ups
GHD sit ups are a movement you must build capacity in, if you have never done them before or maybe only a couple of times, please start with 10 reps MAX. GHD sit ups are no joke, they can cause really, really bad muscle soreness or worse in abs, if you go from zero to hero in 1-2 sessions.
