Ab mat sit ups
25-20-15-10-5 Reps of
Deadlift (70/50)
- Complete a 200m Run after EACH round.
E.g. First Round is 50 Abmat sit ups, 25 Deadlifts and a 200m Run.
PM – 5pm ONWARDS will complete CrossFit Open Workout 18.2
