In Teams
Complete 4 rounds – accumulate as many reps as possible
Team 1 – 400m Run
Team 2 – As many reps as possible (while other team runs)
Round 1 – Dumbbell Snatch (22.5/15)
Round 2 – Ball Slams (12/10)
Round 3 – Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
Round 4 – Box Jumps (24/20)
*Team 1 will all run together, while they are running Team 2 will accumulate their reps. Once ALL of Team 1 members are back from the run, Team 2 will run and Team 1 will start completing reps. Continue until 4 rounds are completed.
