- 1st partner starts on the 200m run, 2nd partner rests. Once the 1st person is back from 200m run, the second person will complete the 200m run. Then move onto the 400m round, and so on.
- Complete the rowing intervals in the same fashion.

With a partner – Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of
