PART B
With A Partner AMRAP in 14 minutes
- Sit ups
- Ball Slams (12/9)
- Push Ups
- Lunges (12/9)
Partner 1 Completes a Farmers Carry (24/16) to gate and back. Partner 2 will complete as many reps of sit ups while Partner 1 completes Farmers carry. Once Partner 1 is back, they will swap. Continue in this fashion until the 14 minutes is up. Each Partner will do each station once before moving to the next one.
Score is total reps completed.
