Bike Calories (add 2 cals for SMAI bike)
Run 200m after each round
- As a team complete 40 bar facing burpees to finish the workout.
Note – the burpees can be done at any time – e.g. if you are waiting for the bike, you are finished your 15-12-9 cals, etc.
