– Max Push Press (35/25)
– Max Slam Ball Get ups (12/9)
– Max Ring Dips
*Partner A starts on Push Press and completes AMRAP while Partner B Runs 200m, then they swap. Once both have down push press, move to slam ball gets ups, etc.
